🎯 EXPECTED MISSIONS:
1️⃣ Daily Dhikr Practices
Recite the following consistently to strengthen your connection with Allah:
- Subhan Allah wa bi Hamdih. Subhan Allah al-Adhim — 100 times.
- La ilaha illaAllah wahdahu la sharika lah. Lahul mulku wa lahul Hamdu wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir — 33 times.
- Subhan Allah, Alhamdulillah, La ilaha illa Allah wa Allahu Akbar — 33 times each.
- La hawla wala quwatta illa Billah — 33 times.
- Allahumma salli 'ala sayidina Muhammad — 33 times.
- Additional (after every prayer): Subhan Allah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar — 33 times each.
Note: Strive not to miss any prayers and aim for khushu’ (concentration and devotion).
2️⃣ Read and Reflect

Start with basic exercises and gradually progress to achieve the following:
- Pull-ups: 40

- Running: 5 km in under 20:30 minutes.
- Target Weight: 70 kg
- Height: 1.70 m
Basic Exercises: Jumping jacks, squats, push-ups, pull-ups, and running 1.5–2.5 km.
